Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VIRA, operated by App2Mob, handles data when you use our AI video and image creation application.
1. Data we process
We process prompts, images, audio and other files you upload; generated video or image files; a technical account and device identifier; and job, cost, credit, and purchase-status records.
2. Purposes
We use this data to fulfill generation requests, display projects, manage credits and purchases, provide support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve service security and quality.
3. Service providers
We may send prompts and required files to Replicate and selected AI model providers to fulfill your request. Apple or Google processes payment information for in-app purchases; we do not receive your full card number.
4. Project storage and deletion
Projects are stored on VIRA servers so they appear in My Projects. Deleting a project removes its record and files from the active service, subject to limited-duration backups and records we are legally required to retain.
5. Review, safety, and prohibited content
VIRA does not permit sexual or pornographic content, exploitation, unsafe depictions of minors, excessive violence, hate, self-harm, illegal activity, or violations of another person’s privacy or rights. Requests may be screened and refused. Authorized administrators may review prompts or outputs to investigate abuse or improve safety rules.
6. Sale and advertising
We do not sell personal data or use your prompts and uploaded files to target you with personalized advertising.
7. Your rights and account deletion
You can delete individual projects or permanently delete your account in Settings → VIRA Account → Delete account. Account deletion removes the account, projects, files, credits, and associated data from the active service, except limited records legally required to be retained. 8. Children and international processing
The service is not directed to children below the minimum applicable age in their country. Providers may process data in other countries using available safeguards.
9. Policy updates
We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The new effective date will be displayed here and in the app.
