Privacy Policy - Vynlo

Vynlo

Effective Date: March 26, 2026 | Last Updated: March 26, 2026

This policy explains how the Vynlo app handles data when you use it on Android and iPhone. We aim to minimize data collection and keep processing limited to what is needed to deliver trend ideas and creator workflows inside the app.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Vynlo app and its related web pages, including the app page and privacy policy page hosted on App2Mob.

By using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Data We Collect

The current version of the app does not require account creation or sign-in.

We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number inside the app.

Some information may be stored locally on your device to run the experience, such as:

  • Preferred language.
  • Selected market or country.
  • Creator niche and primary goal.
  • Saved trends or ideas inside the app.
  • Workflow status for saved ideas such as saved, queued, or posted.

3. Permissions and Device Access

In its current version, the app does not request sensitive permissions such as location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or messages.

Internet access is used only to fetch trend data and related content from our backend services.

4. How We Use Data

We use limited data to operate and improve the app, including:

  • Showing trends relevant to the market you choose.
  • Keeping preferences and saved items locally on your device.
  • Running backend trend fetch and refresh workflows.
  • Handling technical issues, abuse prevention, and service stability improvements.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Limited technical operational data may be processed by essential service providers required to run the app.

  • Google Firebase and Google Cloud for database, backend functions, and content delivery operations.
  • Google Play and Apple App Store for app distribution and any future purchase management where applicable.

6. Advertising and Tracking

The current version of the app is not designed to serve third-party ads and does not use cross-app advertising tracking to build an advertising profile.

7. Retention and Deletion

Local app data normally remains on your device until you remove it inside the app, clear app data in system settings, or uninstall the app.

Because the app does not currently provide user accounts, we do not maintain a user account database for you on a dedicated account server.

  • You can remove local data by deleting saved items inside the app.
  • You can remove app-related data entirely by uninstalling the app or clearing app data from your device settings.

8. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards to minimize and protect data, and we rely on standard transport and infrastructure protections to operate the service.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

The app is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum legal age in your region.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this policy when app features, providers, or store requirements change.

The latest version will always be published on this page with the updated revision date.
