1. Scope

This policy applies to the DocReady Pro app on Android and iOS.

It explains how data is handled when you use document and image processing tools in the app.

2. Privacy Summary

Most files are processed locally on your device without uploading them to our servers for core processing.

  • PDFs, images, and signature assets are not uploaded to our servers for core tool operations.
  • We receive only information you choose to send manually (for example, support email).

3. Data Processed by the App

Depending on the feature you use, the app may process:

  • PDFs and images you select.
  • Signature assets (drawn signatures or signature images) for signing features.
  • Generated outputs such as PDF/JPG/PNG/ZIP files.
  • Local preferences such as language and compression/quality settings.

4. Support Information (Optional)

When you use support, the app opens your mail client to send an email to admin@app2mob.com.

That message may include details you provide, such as request type, issue notes, and basic app context.

5. Permissions

Permissions are requested only when required for relevant functionality.

  • Camera: to scan documents when scan features are used.
  • Photos/Media/Files: to pick inputs and save outputs.
  • Storage access (platform-dependent): to read selected files and write processed results.

6. Sharing and External Services

The app may interact with external services only when you explicitly trigger that action.

  • Sharing files via system share tools.
  • Opening external links or app store destinations.
  • Processing payments/subscriptions through Google Play and Apple App Store.

7. EXIF Privacy Cleanup

The app includes tools that can remove EXIF metadata (for example, camera or location details) from selected images before export or sharing, when you choose to use that feature.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Retention varies by data type and storage location.

  • Generated files remain on your device until you delete them.
  • You can remove files in-app, from your file manager, or by uninstalling the app.
  • Support emails are retained by your mail provider and our support inbox after you send them.

9. Data Sharing and Sale

We do not sell personal data.

  • We do not rely on behavioral advertising for core document processing features.
  • We do not send your files to our own servers for core processing.

10. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards to reduce risks of unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

If data is discovered to have been provided by a child in error, we will take reasonable steps to address it.

12. International Transfers

When using third-party services such as app stores or email providers, some data may be processed outside your country under those providers' terms.

13. Policy Updates

We may update this policy when features, providers, or legal requirements change.
