1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Tappi, you agree to comply with these terms, the Tappi Privacy Policy, and any laws or regulations that apply to your use of the service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the app.

2. Eligibility and Service Nature

Tappi is intended for users who are legally able to agree to these terms and use the app responsibly.

The service is designed as a private 1-to-1 space between two linked people only. It is not a public platform or stranger-discovery network.

3. Permitted Use

You must use Tappi in a lawful, safe, and private manner consistent with the nature of the app.

• Use the app only for private communication between two linked people.
• Do not use the app for public posting, mass distribution, or collecting content from strangers.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, accounts, or private spaces that are not yours.

4. User Content and Media

You are responsible for the text, images, videos, drawings, and other content you choose to create, upload, or share in Tappi.

Shared content must be lawful and consensual, and must not be abusive, threatening, exploitative, violent, hateful, or non-consensual.

• You must not upload or send content that violates another person's privacy or rights.
• You must not use the app to exchange unlawful, exploitative, or non-consensual content.
• We may apply safety actions, including limiting features, disabling access, removing a pairing, or blocking reuse of a private space when reports or clear risks arise.

5. In-App Purchases

Tappi may offer paid features or premium unlocks inside the app. All digital purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, depending on your device.

Pricing, currency, taxes where applicable, and product availability are shown in the relevant store or purchase flow.

We do not store your full payment card number. The store provider handles payment processing under its own terms and policies.

• Purchase validation or restoration may rely on the store account associated with your device.
• Refunds, cancellations, and purchase history are generally handled under the policies of the store through which the transaction was made.
• If premium products or offers change over time, the offer shown to you at the time of purchase controls that transaction.

6. Privacy and Data

Data collection, use, and sharing are governed by the Tappi Privacy Policy.

By using the app, you acknowledge that part of the service depends on storing and syncing content, delivering notifications, and running the backend infrastructure needed for the private paired space.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update Tappi, change features, add or remove functionality, or adjust how features work at any time for operational, legal, safety, or store-related reasons.

We do not guarantee that every feature will be available in every country, on every device, or at every moment.

8. Termination and Safety Actions

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to Tappi or some of its features if we believe these terms have been violated or if abuse, security risk, or legal risk is present.

This may include disabling media sharing, removing a pairing, or preventing reuse of the same private space in safety-related situations.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Tappi is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Tappi after updates are posted means you accept the latest version.
